Fish tank with animals included

I have a 30 gallon fish tank available that includes a blue lobster, a medium sized pleco, and a small upside down catfish. These tank mates get along well but I’d suggest not adding more because the lobster can be aggressive towards new tank mates. The tank recently got cleaned and the lobster photo was taken before that due to him being a good hider. I am willing to clean it more if requested and negotiate on the 50 dollar Rehoming fee
