WE'RE LOOKING FOR A BARN MANAGER WHO CAN TAKE OVER DAY-TO-DAY BOARDING OPERATIONS, AND WHO CAN ALSO START THEIR OWN BUSINESS FROM THIS BARN.  There are a ton of "perks" for this job / business opportunity including the ability to live on-site.  Our boarding barn is situated on a very large ranch with a popular wedding venue, and there are always opportunities to work with them for events. We have local FFA students who clean stalls, and several of our boarders work shifts in-trade for boarding discounts.  The pastures, fencing, and all facilities are maintained by the ranch staff. BARN MANAGER DUTIES INCLUDE: -Make sure all horses are fed/watered twice daily (either do or delegate to others) -Turn out all horses in 3 pastures (weather permitting) and bring them in at night. (either do or delegate to others) -Buy feed, hay, and bedding for all horses (or arrange for delivery) -Make sure stalls are cleaned (either do or delegate to others) -Schedule farrier visits and assist as needed -Maintain tidy common spaces -Arrange for "enfield" grass to be mowed during the summer -Keep a watchful eye on horses and administer meds when needed This is an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY for EQUINE PROFESSIONALS with BOUNDLESS POTENTIAL FOR INCOME FROM NOT ONLY BOARDING, BUT ALSO FROM TRAINING/LESSONS/THERAPY/ETC.
