Fulfill incoming work orders per upcoming gym requirements. Working directly with the project manager to keep shop stock adequate. Assesses job priorities and makes decisions accordingly. Capable of building modular gym parts. Putting together and staging materials for semi loads to new gym build. Picking up and delivering materials to and from various vendors. Manage all maintenance aspects of local corporate gyms and office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Lead and manage shop laborers. • Fulfill incoming work orders. • Assess job priorities and make decisions to ensure projects are done right and on time. • Work with project managers to ensure shop is adequately stocked. • Capable of building modular gym parts. • Stage materials for semi-truck loads for new gym builds. • Read building plans and building designs. JOB DUTIES: • Ability to work independently and with others. • Pick up and deliver material to and from various vendors. • Manage all maintenance aspects of local corporate gyms and office. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma • 5+ years carpentry experience • Must own a pick up that can pull a trailer (required) • Proficient in hardware (nuts, bolts, fasteners) knowledge. • Comfortable and competent with all shop tools (chop saw, table saw, drills, router, grinder…) • Minor fabrication & welding skills (preferred) • Forklift and Trailer pull/drive: 1 year (required) WORK LOCATION: Vancouver, Washington Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Employer pay 100% of employee Health & Vision Insurance premium, Dental, Paid time off, 401(k) Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday
