Sun conure bird needs new home

Unfortunately, we need to rehome our male sun conure due to where we live. He was born January 4th, 2021. He is 1 year 4 months old. We would have his large cage, a cage cover, a small perch, leash, food, bed, toys, vitamins, carrier, water bowls, and pads go with him. Everything you would need would be included. He is a small to medium sized bird. Still going to grow but not much larger. He does make lots of noise in regards to squawking but he is a very gentle bird. Loves to be handled, is good with kids. He has a schedule (in his bed by 8ish and won’t make a sound in the AM until he hears someone awake) and likes to fly around. We get his nails and beak trimmed every 3-4 months. We got him when he was a baby. We are very sad to rehome him but due to our living situation, they won’t allow us to have him. I don’t recommend him to anyone with an apartment because of how loud he can be. Preferably somewhere he can have space to fly around a home. Asking for a rehoming fee of $1,500. That includes everything listed above. We have gotten his checkups and his certification. Serious buyers only please. Thank you!
