Looking for a partner who can package and access capital for a short term ( less than 1 year ) transaction in LNG/CNG Natural Gas space. Combination of minority position in publicly traded company and controlling LNG / CNG without taking physical delivery. Preference is to sell out a minimum position equal to total investment before y/e 2022.
