Lost gray cat "Thunder"

23rd near Umatilla, Portland OR

Lost gray cat, named Thunder. Lost between 5:30am and 7:30am this morning 4/15 when he got out of the car in the Sellwood area right by Creekside Condominiums. Searched the area but haven't found him yet. Has collar with tags and a collar with a tie on. Is friendly with dogs but may be scared and hiding. Please call text or email anytime if you find him.
