Common AREA Maintenance (CAM) is currently looking for Artists to join our studio! Rent $400 month. CAM is an art studio and storefront gallery space. An open formatted work environment, predicated on inclusivity - designed as a working studio space that supports individual processes as well as an active community via collaboration and exhibition. We use our windowed storefront to engage the public with art happenings and as an evolving habitat for our creations. We host poetry readings, art shows, figure drawing nights, and pop-ups. As a member of the studio, you are welcome to develop programming that excites you. This is a rare space in Seattle, designed and built by Artists who are looking to play with the way we think about how art is created. It's truly an amazing community!!! Ideal for print artists, woodworkers, painters, illustrators, writers, multi media artists.
