looking for a new licensed

Hello, we had a house fire and we are looking for a licensed contractor who is trying to get established in the biz but does good work. We had talked to a few older contractors and frankly they are either too jaded, over priced or just difficult to work with. I know contractors had a bad rep but we believe there are a still a few good ones out there. I need someone who is new and hungry, please do not respond if you think you are going to talk me into anything, if you fit what I'm looking for, then I'll be happy to work with you and leave glowing reviews about your work and company.
