Looking to hire 1 individual on a part time basis for mowing/trimming lawns with me Mondays and Tuesdays. This is a veteran owned/operated business and we take pride in being on time and providing the highest quality of service available. Pay will be set at $15/hr (estimated 14-16hrs a week). As the company grows, hours will grow as well with the opportunity to become a crew lead in the future. Company shirts will be provided upon hire. After 90 days, I will buy you Duluth work pants of your choosing. Every 90 days you will continue to get new work pants free of charge while employed. After each season you will get a pair of steel/composite toe work boots for free. Should you not want to receive work pants or boots, the value will be added to your paycheck. Employees MUST wear company shirts while working, have appropriate work pants (jeans, Carhart/Duluth work pants, no shorts), and closed steel/composite toe work boots.
