Description

Cut 1 inch hole into gutter. Attach collar to gutter using 4 screws. Caulk collar to seal against gutter. Attach 3 foot downspout with screws. I have all the parts and sealant to complete project. You need to supply a drill. I have the ladder. Estimated time 30 minutes. Please give me estimate and time frame to install.
