60+ hours of work. Saturdays and Sundays only (rain or shine). Includes, but is not limited to: 1. Yard work (moving, lots of leave relocation, weeding, digging/trenching, brush removal) 2. Painting (exterior painting). Must be able to stand on ladder and attention to detail. 3. Interior plaster (will teach if untrained). Plaster, sanding, and priming surfaces 4. Building. Assistance with handing cabinets, install fixture, moving heavy furniture, dumpster fill 5. Repair. Strenuous, repetitive work in cleaning and greasing window tracks and screens If you cannot work on weekend, please do not contact me. This is not a weekday position. At least 50% of the work is outdoors. This is challenging work that requires a lot of energy and attention to details. Leave e-mail and phone number is interested. Work begins on 21 May.
