Seeking a clean healthy person who maintains themselves and their environment in a clean, healthy and organized manner at all times. Basically, we are looking for you to help us live the same quality clean healthy and organized life you do. The person we hire will have a great work ethic with a can do attitude. Someone who is honest, reliable, punctual and detail and result oriented with a clean background, computer savvy, has a cell phone, email address and a dependable car. We are health conscience, vaccinated, double boostered and covid free. Looking for a clean healthy person who is a nonsmoker, drug free, covid free vaccinated and boostered able to physically and mentally perform all duties of this position including but not limited to able to lift 75 lbs. and climb a ladder to help us maintain our small home with a very small property with the following: Organize Home and Storage (purge unnecessary items keep everything neat and clean) Pool Maintenance (maintain heated pool & spa - vacuum, chemicals, hose down pool deck) Light Maintenance (clean gutters, wash windows in and out, detail car in and out, put trash cans at curb weekly) Yard Work (cut very small area of grass, maintain and weed 4 very small flower beds around pool) Shopping and Errands (shopping for any items needed, pickup prescriptions, drop off and pickup dry cleaning) Meals (prep basic meals for the two of us very easy family recipes) Cleaning (home, laundry, dishes) Pet Care (take care of 2 tiny pets) Our Kids! The days and hours we need someone are Mon - Fri - 8 AM To 4 PM with AM/PM & Lunch Breaks (You'll Be Working 7 Hours Per Day With 1 Hour Of Breaks & Lunch) Compensation Being Offered: hourly rate first 30 days $18.00 per hour - plus meals and per mileage reimbursement hourly rate next 30 days $19.00 per hour - plus meals and per mileage reimbursement hourly rate next 30 days $20.00 per hour - plus meals and per mileage reimbursement - plus healthcare, paid vacation and personal days Position requires successfully passing initial and ongoing: background checks, illegal substance screenings, covid screenings and vaccinations and all available boosters and supplying resume and cover letter highlighting your experience and skills and 3 verifiable references.
