Lugh is a German shepherd mix, intact weighing 60lbs, he was going to be a service dog for PTSD amongst other mental health issues, he is a year old, his birthday being the end of last month. I need to find him a home by Monday or he will be surrendered to a shelter, due to threat of being kicked out.
