Found a dog roaming off of MLK near Division St. in the rain during heavy traffic time. Smaller medium size, black and white, wearing a collar but no tags or microchip. If you think you are or know this dogs owner please email me. Proof of ownership required. (Collar blacked out in picture to help with identifying correct owner)
