Wanted female puppy to train as a service dog

I am looking for a female puppy, breed doesn’t matter, but looking for medium to xl. We own our own home, have two teenagers, one loves to run, enclosed privacy fenced yard. We feed premium food and would provide excellent vet care. I used to be a veterinary technician at not only an emergency clinic, but also a holistic and mobile clinic. I am home 24/7 due to being home bound due to being mobile limited. I can do rounds around the neghborhood on my mobility device. Looking for a pup that is a good qualifier to be trained as a service dog to be used in the future as a seizure alert dog along with ptsd, med reminder and retrieval, along with other medical assist and alerts. I do have epilepsy with uncontrolled seizures, and excessive fluid and pressure of the brain. Along with a spinal deformity, asthma, ptsd, and other medical issues. Not only looking for potential for service dog training, but also companionship. My Doctor has recommended the use of a service dog or one in training. We have a training facility lined up.
