FOUND - Found item within Taunton Green

I have found an item within the Taunton green. Because I am not familiar with this I believe it to be something to do with blood. If you can describe what you lost and what was inside I would be more than happy to return it to you. I believe the item to have been lost between the hours of 7:00 p.m. on Saturday May 14th and 6:00 a.m. Sunday May 15th. This is based on when I found the item it was wet and had water on it. The times listed above was when it was raining in the area approximately. Now it is quite possible that the item was there longer however I surely doubt it. This is a high traffic area with many people around it all day long. And I believe that if this item was there before it started raining and when it was light out somebody would have snatched it. I believe this to be true because I was told that the item does have value. If this posting is still up that means that I have not found the owner for this item.
