Cement to break up and haul away

Description

I have cement around part of my foundation which originally installed to keep the water away from the house. It was laid in ~2'x4'x4" sections that were attached to the foundation. They've since broken off from the foundation and they tend to route the water _toward_ the house rather than away. I want them broken up and hauled away so I can install a new system to manage ground water near the foundation.
