We are opening our doors to the Residents of Overlook to come in for a FREE Hot Yoga Class at the studio! Come hydrated and get ready to sweat in our heated practice rooms that’ll leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated. The YogaSix signature set sequence, Y6 Hot combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This yoga sequence will leave you feeling perfectly balanced inside and out, from bottom to top. Details: We will provide mats and water for each resident (if you have your own yoga mat you'd prefer to use, you are more than welcome to bring it)Please arrive at least 15 minutes early if this is your first time practicing at the studio to complete our New Student Waiver This class is heated to 105 degrees with 50% Humidity, so please drink plenty of water the day prior to class Residents receive 15% OFF of our memberships; if you enjoy the class stop by the front desk to take advantage of your resident discount.
