Interactive and immersive look into the usage of sandtray therapy. Join us in-person and utilize these skills for yourself and clients. Sandtray therapy is a transtheoretical approach that allows clients to process their presenting issues using miniature figures and a tray of sand with the support and reflection of an attuned therapist. In this experiential session, attendees will learn and practice the foundational skills of sandtray therapy. Various applications for using sandtray—including trauma, grief, career exploration, and EMDR—will be explored. Strategies to use sandtray in various settings across the lifespan will be discussed.
