Hour-long shucking class includes: - professional instruction and open Q&A with our aquaculture specialists offered in a group setting with personalized assistance given as needed! - a dozen oysters from the featured Maine-grown, women-owned oyster farm! - 1 draft pour of NA or alcoholic kombucha from Root Wild! Lady Shuckers will be there and provide you with knives, gloves, trays, rags and all other accoutrements necessary to facilitate the lesson! ?
