Like yoga? Like beer? Have both in one place! Come join us for yoga at Stars and Stripes Brewing! We live in a time where people are realizing how important balance is to them. People are leaving their jobs in massive numbers to find work that is more fulfilling and this need for balance is carrying over into all aspects of our lives. On top of that, there is more information (often contradictory) than any one person can digest. Enter Balance Unlimited. At BU, the only thing I focus on is helping people find and embrace what truly balances them. For me, yoga and beer fits that bill spot on. Through my Yoga and Beer journey, I have realized I am not the only one. It is very important to me to create classes and an atmosphere where people can be themselves, relax, and feel part of a community - no need to get into any crazy pose or do anything I say. This truly is your time and I want you to take it. So, join me and Stars and Stripes for a 45 minute yoga class followed by a delicious beer. Cost is $15 and includes yoga and your first beer.
