OneTreeLove invites you to take a hike and practice yoga outdoor in the fresh air. Enjoy some Vitamin N and natureRx connecting with self, others, and nature. Yoga pose, breathing, and mindfulness practices will be done throughout the hike. Guide: Laura Tecca Level/Ages: This hike yogAdventure is open to ages 12+ (youth must have guardian participation). All participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain for up to 2.5 miles. Safety practices: In the event of thunder and lightning, a cancellation with refund may occur up to a hour prior or delay for maximum of one hour.
