Outside Yoga Event - Evento de Yoga Exterior The Parent Committee Activity for this month is Yoga & Meditation. Yoga will stimulate positive energy, both mentally and physically.Please join us and get to know the other parents. This is an outside event held at the Arlington Head Start location. All kids will be directed to play on the play ground during the yoga and meditation session. When registering please provide your cellphone number, child(ren) name(s) and the SVDP Site. La actividad del Comité de Padres para este mes es Yoga y Meditación. El yoga estimulará la energía positiva, tanto mental como físicamente.Por favor, únase a nosotros y conozca a los otros padres.
