If you have been wanting to try meditation or just looking for ways to be more mindful this May please join us for a free meditation course, every Friday in May with Colleen Creghan from 430 - 5:15pm at Yoga Six Upper Arlington. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to settle in before we start.
