Sunday Morning Sound Bath Join Bri Alexander Wellness LLC. for an immersive sound bath ceremony. Treat yourself to a restorative morning of beautiful sounds. Your experience will include a live sound bath, relaxing music, and a brief meditation. Simply lay back and relax. All are welcome! Yoga mats will be provided, but you may choose to bring your own for additional support. I also recommend wearing comfortable layers so that you can stay warm throughout the sound bath. There is ample, free on-site parking for this event. Suggestions on what to bring: -water -eye cover -pillows/cushions -small blanket Please arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience, and as a courtesy to other attendees.
