A 4-Week Course on Experiencing Peace in Today’s World Over the centuries, believers in Jesus have described the enemies of the soul as the world, the flesh, and the devil. These enemies use the strategies of deceptive ideas (the devil) that lead to disordered desires (the flesh) that are then normalized in a sinful society (the world). This is something we all experience on a daily basis; and as we learn to recognize this, we will be able to better understand and know the peace of God in our lives. In this course, we will study each of these areas and we will look at practical tools to help RECOGNIZE these enemies, RESIST the lies they try to make us believe, and EXPERIENCE the peace and joy that we were designed for—regardless of what situations may come our way. Cost to register for this 4-week course is $40 and includes a custom Carmela Coffee beverage at each class, video lectures, guided small group discussions, and individual workbooks.
