An outdoor 30/30/30 functional fitness total body workout, followed by core and topped with an energizing flow with instructors from Evolutions Annapolis.
Jarret's creative functional movements kick off the workout to get your heart pumping and muscles buzzing followed by Kelly who will dive deep into your core muscles of the abdominals, glutes and back and Jen will finish off the 90 minute session with a Vinyasa flow to stretch, recalibrate and come back home to center.
