Come to the meadow, and indulge your senses. Enjoy a guided meditation with Courtney Edwards - in the company of horses! Meadow-tation! Brought to you by Hudson Valley HorsePlay and Alchemy Behavioral Health Coaching. You will find yourself out in the fields (or under the pavilion in inclement weather) engaging in a meditation guided by Courtney Edwards of Alchemy BHC while Cori Nichols and her herd of 7 colleagues provide the full sensory experience of equine-assisted mindfulness.All are welcome and no prior experience with meditation or horses is required. Off-ground seating options will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own chairs.Space is limited so early registration is highly encouraged. The hour long experience includes opportunities to get up close with the horses. Tickets: $20 in advance ($25 at the door). We do ask that only those over the age of 16 join us for this practice.Kickoff event is Monday, May 30 at 8:30am and select dates will be announced throughout the summer.
