HC3D's Caregiver Respite and Restore, by caregivers for caregivers, will transform caregiver's experience of mental wellbeing, and soul care
HC3D's Caregiver Respite and Restore, designed as part of a series of initiatives (by caregivers for caregivers) will change family caregiver's perspective on self-care. This one day event (9am-3pm) includes 3 components built into the day to begin making life better for the caregivers. Person's dedicated to caring for a loved one are often unseen, and unattended to. This one-day respite, created to address the mind, body and soul is part of founder's Deborah M. Jackson, MDiv's eleven years of experience as a dementia caregiver as well as academic research as a spiritual leader and more. This respite and restore experience is the first of 4 Caregiver Respites taking place at Longue Vue Gardens in Metairie, LA. CRR Summer 2022 pricing includes lunch and access to the days special presentations, and extraordinary soul-filling, life-giving guided activities, a tour of the gardens and access to the entire gardens for leisure and restorative moments of tranquility, fun activities, rejuvenation, and community. We have to keep some things a surprise for our wonderful heroes.
