Join us at Barcelona Restaurant and Lounge for the Fundraising Charity Dinner in support of Ukrainian refugees on May 26th from 6-9pm. Live music from 7-9pm. $65 ticket will include a 4 course dinner. Barcelona Restaurant and Lounge will donate 25% of the proceeds from each ticket to the American Non-Profit Organization Ukrainian Cultural Club which helps Ukrainian refugees. The 4 course dinner will include: Amuse (First Course): -Beets Gazpacho Tomatoes and beets cold soup with crème fraîche and leek chips on top. Second Course (Choose 1): -Melon & Jamón Spring Salad Seasoned arugula, melon cubes, Iberian ham and balsamic pearls. -Chorizo al Vino & Olives Spanish Chorizo, habanero dressing, roasted pepper sauce with vermouth Spanish Olives. -Pan con Tomate y Jamón House made bread topped with crushed tomatoes, iberian ham and olive oil. Third Course (Choose 1): -Paella Shrimps, lobster, mussels, and clams all simmered in a zesty sofrito blend and laid over a bed of saffron infused rice. -Spanish Ribeye 10 oz. Ribeye grilled and oven finished, apple spiced sauce and marble potatoes. Add Lobster Tail $15 -Red Snapper Oven roasted with garlic butter red snapper filet served with sauteed vegetables, marble potatoes, capers and chimichurri sauce. -Spanish Pork Chop Grilled pork chop, roasted red peppers sauce, papas a la crema and asparagus. Fourth Course (Choose 1): -Olive Oil Cake Olive oil and lemon sponge cake served with vanilla ice cream, candied lemon peel and maldon salt flakes. -Tarta de Queso House made cheesecake with raspberry sauce. -Crema Catalana Spanish traditional milk custard aromatized with lemon zest and a crisp caramel crust.
