French bulldog needs new home

My Husband bought me this French Bulldog named Lemon for our anniversary, but I keep breaking out in hives. I've tried allergy washes and pills but I cant get it to stop and I am now getting hives even on my face and am worried it might affect my breathing. Please no judgement but I am going to have to rehome him, but I don't want to give him back to the breeder because he had too many dogs and they were in filth so I am looking for a home who will love him just as much as we do. I just ask that the family neuters him when he is old enough because we don't want him used by a breeder.
