2020 did have a high point, Emmaus opened its doors to continue the charism of the Cenacle Sisters. Help celebrate the first two years. The last few years have been very tumultuous. From lockdowns to fear of the future people have struggled, often in isolation. When Emmaus Spirituality Center was founded, it was to continue the good works of the Cenacle Sisters after their departure from Houston. Emmaus is here to continue the formation of new Spiritual Directors though the Spiritual Direction Institute, provide one on one spiritual direction and to provide a plethora of spiritual programs to meet current needs. Opening the doors during a pandemic had a different set of challenges but it also had tremendous opportunities to meet the needs of individuals on their spiritual journey. Please bring your friends and join us as we take time to honor those who helped us on our journey and share information about our future.
