Principal Roundtables Attorney, Brandon Wright will present information on Restrain and Time Out requirements in light of the new final regulations. He will also update us on RtI/MTSS for academics and for behavior in light of the changes to RTO. Kim Moore from Embrace Education and Sarah Epplin will explain how to get the most reimbursement out of Medicaid. School based health services can be reimbursed through medicaid at substantial amounts for school districts. Kim and Sarah will share what is available for reimbursement along with the requirements to claim the money and the documentation to keep the money, once paid to the district. Scott Hogan will visit specifics on RtI/MTSS as it applies to our TCSEA districts. Lunch will be provided by Avantis.
