No matter your fitness level, RUN Hyde Park is your friendly neighborhood social run club where walkers, joggers and runners toe the line together.
May 18th, join RUN Hyde Park crew leader Kayla Jeter for a special evening of self-discovery through movement. The walk/run will be ~2-3 miles and is open to all paces! Participants will receive a limited edition Field Notes notebook for the post-run connected cool down led by Mindful Performance Coach and lululemon ambassador Jeremy Walton.
All we ask is that you show up filled with passion, move with purpose and be open to new possibilities.
NOTE: If you received a notebook at the first Mindset Miles meet-up, be sure to bring yours!
