Crucial conversations are hard! We're focusing on the receiving end of that conversation by learning how to look and how to make it safe. Pam has been facilitating Crucial Learning workshops as a master trainer since 2014. Prior to that time, Pam was a learning and development consultant for Wells Fargo. While there, she fostered a deep passion and love for classroom facilitation. Pam invokes a fun learning atmosphere along with a safe and candid learning environment. Her goal is to always balance professionalism with humor, encourage and care for hose participating in her workshops, and maintain a spirit of lightheartedness. Pam has had the privilege of speaking before insurance professionals, executives, healthcare providers, engineers, scientists, biologists, machinists, lawyers, professional painters, both nationally and internationally. She believes every workshop is different, and that makes her work challenging and fulfilling. She loves the people she comes in contact with through training and people development.
