Spring clean up and misc

Description

I need my old pool, old grill, and some other things hauled away. Besides the liner all the rest is metal. I also need spring cleaning of my yard, and leveling of the ground where my pool sat. .... And if someone is willing and able to fix my stairs on my back porch I might need that done as well depending on how much that will cost. This is a rental and the landlords really should be fixing it, but in the end they seem to charge me for everything anyways. I also need weed control for front and back as I have creeping Charlie taking over...
