Go to the website [berklee.edu], click on "Berklee College of Music", then scroll all the way down to the footnotes and click on "Hire a Berklee Talent", then on "sign up and post your job", then create your account (it's free), post your job, and wait for the approval. Once approved, your mail inbox will be flooded with responses.
