Horse Boarding for ONE boarder

We have one opening for a horse and rider boarder. This is NOT a boarding facility, so if you prefer solitude, this is your place. We have our own horses, but we do not run a boarding facility. I will explain more if you are interested. We have 50 acres. Your horse would be fed feed (Seminole Wellness Herbal Blend) and hay twice daily and turned out on pasture each day for approximately 4-5 hours, sometimes more. When not on pasture, he would be in a very large paddock with another gelding. If it is rainy and cold, we will put him in a clean, dry stall. There is a sand-filled 120' round pen, a semi-sand-filled 50' round pen, and a dirt/grass 300'x150' arena. There is also a mile of very well manicured/wide trails. We do haul out frequently to state parks, so if you would want to split gas money, you would be welcomed to go with us. There is a farrier/horse trainer who lives here should you need any of those services, but you are also welcomed to use your own. You must have a GELDING who gets along with other horses (laid back).
