Come join Feel Tha Beat2 on Wednesday May 18th 6pm-7pm for a 1hr group session of hip hop step aerobics to some Old Skool music.
This class is beginner friendly with some intermediate moves. In this class you will learn the basic step aerobic movements to different tempos of old skool music. We will perform the routine to a few different artist from Luther Vandross, Jade, Price and more.
The class will start with a warm up followed by the workout ending with a cool down. Each step will be introduced as well as the count for each step. The steps will be performed first by the instructor then the class will join in and follow the steps given. The music tempos will vary. We will speed the tempos up and down to help you burn the necessary calories while tonin and strengthening the body.
You don’t have to be a professional to take this class. Just be open to learn and you will be just fine. Most of the workouts focus on the full body. You are guaranteed to work up a sweat and burn some calories. Doing step aerobics 3- 5 days a week is a perfect way to lose and or maintain weight with a healthy diet.
Please bring a yoga mat we will be doing some stretching.
Platforms are available but limited feel free to bring your own step platform if you have one.
