Small punchlist for Carpenter/ Plumber

I have a few things I need done on a little punchlist in Gastonia. I need someone who can do these repairs immediately! Text: 980-2five9-3308 4.0.(2)remove construction debris -incomplete. Most of it's been cleaned out   8.3:correct sealed crawlspace vents - vents are open   5.2(3):ensure correct fittings are used for water heater and ensure no deterioration in tank -incomplete   5.0(1,2):correct negative slope and seal abandoned drain.   4.3(1,2)repair damaged floor framing and replace floor joist -not complete. Repairs need joist hangers. ( Floor joist have been fixed. Just need joist hangers.
