Press release from the City of Roseville: December 23, 2020 Roseville police officers will be out to spread some holiday cheer this season. Thanks to a generous donation from members of Calvary Church in Roseville, officers will be armed with Target gift cards to distribute. The donation includes 47 $75 gift cards, enough for every officer in the department to help someone in need they may encounter during the holidays. "This donation from the membership at Calvary Church truly embodies the spirit of the season," said Roseville Police Chief Erika Scheider. "All too often when our officers meet someone who just needs a little help there just aren't the resources to do so. This gift will make a difference and we are so grateful for the generosity shown by the congregation at Calvary." Officers will begin distributing the gift cards to those in need they meet this week.
