Forming new Evanston bluegrass band

I am new to the Evanston area and looking to form a bluegrass band. I am a 31 year old guitar player that also plays some mandolin. I think a bluegrass band would do well up here and could get some gigs (breweries, Celtic Knot, Space). Looking for vocals, other guitar, other mando, fiddle, stand up bass. My influences are the Dead, Billy Strings, Tony Rice, and John Prine. Alex
