LA GRANGE, IL — A La Grange bank robbery was reported as happening Wednesday, but little information has been made available. At 4:20 p.m., a man robbed BMO Harris Bank, 1000 S. La Grange Road. Police did not say whether the suspect had a weapon or what he said. La Grange police responded, but the FBI is now handling the investigation. The man was described as black, 6 feet, 1 inches, 180 to 200 pounds and having a medium build. He was said to be wearing a dark hoodie (zipped down, pulled tightly around his face), a blue disposable mask, jeans or dark pants, and white tennis shoes. Police released a photo of the suspect at the bank.
