For the 8th year in a row thousands of adventurous spirits will load camping gear on their bikes for a weekend adventure. Here at Swift, we believe that there’s little better than spending the longest day of the year on a bicycle and the shortest night of the year sleeping under the stars." Here's the scoop. We booked the group site at Brigham( https://parks-lwrd.countyofdane.com/park/Brigham) and they have a group campsite for any kind of overflow! The more the merrier! ROUTE: https://goo.gl/maps/v7G9L3rMN7aa4vwN8 Everyone is welcome! This ride will focus on folks who are beginner bike campers all the way to the most experienced! Go as slow or fast as you want! Start in another town or even drive there and setup camp! This is a celebration and we would love to have you! We’re planning to roll out from the bike shop (601 N Sherman Ave) by 11:00am Saturday, June 25th, and riding 31 leisurely miles with a few pit stops(mostly on bike path) to our reserved campsites at Brigham for the night. Folks from the shop will be leading everyone out but you are more than welcome to go really fast or go at your own pace. There will be 3 pit-stops along our route. Hop Haus, Riley's Tavern and Brix Cider. If you need to snag anything like a beverage or a snack, these will be the places to do it. The following morning we’ll enjoy some good company and belly laughs. You can pack up and roll back at anytime but rolling with friends is fun too! Individuals are totally responsible for packing their bike with all the food, water, camping gear, and positive vibes necessary! Folks in the shop have extra bags for bike camping and we'll have plenty of extra bag gear to go around. Give us a call, email, or stop by the shop with any questions.
