Join us as we create the safest of atmospheres for an all are welcome, all are needed endorphin infused party where y'all can move it and shake it with the artist, Andy Frye. This all sensory, music & video supported, goofy, sweaty, no taking one's self too seriously experience will be the perfect way to stir up Twin Cities Pride and loudly and proudly remind each attendee: The World Needs YOU in it. -Please bring your own yoga mat to the Rotunda- Join us at ululemon Mall of America after the workout to keep the party going! Stop by Andy Frye's table where he will have a free "The World Needs You" sticker or postcard for every attendee! Tickets are donation-based with all proceeds going directly to Rainbow Health.
