Samantha Nalley Bio I started gymnastics at the age of 3 and did it competitively for 15 years. I found CrossFit in 2013 and started coaching that in 2015 as well after taking my L1 course. I went on to acquire my L2 and USAW Level 1 in the following years and have continued to learn as much as possible over the years from camps, clinics, and from other coaches and gyms I also enjoy doing CrossFit and Grid competitively. I competed on a team at the 2021 CrossFit Games and am competing on a team this year as well. I also compete for the Gainesville Wild team for Florida Grid league as a Utility player and gymnastics specialist. I love coaching and competing and am very happy that I get to apply all of my gymnastics knowledge to CrossFit and continue to help the CrossFit community move well and learn new skills.
