We will be celebrating the student award recipients and their educational achievements at our 2022 COMTO Philadelphia Scholarship Awards Program June 3, 2022, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The Notary Hotel I 21 N Juniper Street I Philadelphia, PA 19107 COMTO Philadelphia believes education is a core foundation for excellence in the Transportation Industry and any other field of study. The chapter’s scholarship program provides the financial support to minority students for their post high school education. Our scholarship program attracts students concentrating in several engineering disciplines, as well as business majors, technical trade schools, and others with a variety of transferable skills.
