Even wondered what a junk journal is? Kids 8-12 will learn exactly what makes these awesome journals so special- using upcycled and repurposed materials and mixed media!

Experiment with India ink, gouache, distressing, and more!Over the course of 5 days of class students will create a junk journal while experimenting with some new mediums, receive prompts and guidance on how to use a junk journal, and strengthen their creativity!Registration includes all 5 days of class: introduction to materials, demonstration of techniques, all materials, instruction, and guidance.
This class is designed for kids ages 8-12 with good hand eye coordination, dexterity, and strong fine motor skills. No art experience is required!Details:Class runs July 18-22, 2022 (Monday through Friday)
Drop off is at 9 am, as early as 8:50 am. Parents do not need to stay.
Pick up is promptly at 12 pm.
Class is held on the 2nd floor of a beautiful historic building (2 flights of stairs). Bathrooms are available.
Projects may be left until the last day of class (some may need to stay overnight to dry). Projects left more than 30 days will be fed to the dragon.
Minimum registration required to run class is 5. Tell your friends!
