ANDOVER, MA — The town of Andover will conduct Fire Flow testing on Saturday, May 14, beginning at 8 a.m. at 171 Highland Road. Water may be discolored on Highland Road, Highland Avenue, Heather Drive, Woodland Road, Marie Drive and Kathleen Drive.
