Press release from the Carroll County Government: Thursday, May 12, 2022 Westminster, MD, Thursday, May 12, 2022 –The Carroll County Board of Commissioners announce modified Friday business hours for county facilities beginning Friday, May 27th and continuing through Friday, September 2, 2022. County office buildings will close at 3:00 p.m. on all Fridays during this time. The early close time affects Fridays only.
